4 Ways To Impress Clients Who Visit Your Office Space

by | Mar 6, 2018

It’s one of the most important things that business owners should be aware of, but impressing your clients has to be the number one thing on your to-do list. You need to provide top-quality work, a fantastic service and a cheap price tag for your services, and you need to do this from an office that is impressive and clean. Gaining repeat business means gaining respect from your clients and your image is a big part of that.

Your brand is obviously going to be important, and it’s assumed you’ve been working on that one for quite a while. However, the state of your office is going to make a difference to the way that people view you and your business. You need to do as much as you can to make your office presentable, and we’ve got some amazing tips to get you the recognition you want.

Spotless, Spotless, Spotless

There is no other way to say this, but a messy office is unprofessional and completely inappropriate. You need order, tidiness and you need that clean smell to be radiating through the floor. There’s being creative, and then there’s neglecting to bring in BearComm commercial floor cleaning. A tidy place to work makes for a tidy, organised mind, and you need one of those to effectively run your business and impress those who want business from you.

Matchy-Match

Your brand has a colour, right? If it doesn’t, it’s time to have a rethink. The offices at Coca-Cola are red and white and have vending machines with their range of drinks on offer. You need to match your office look to your brand colours. Are you offering vacations? Then you need to keep your office bright and airy, giving the feeling of space and light. Make sure you buy in furniture with the same tones your business card and website have.

Dress To Impress

Your office is one thing, but if you have rumbled and casual staff lounging around the office, you’re going to miss the mark with your first impressions. A professional dress code among your workforce can make a massive difference to the way that people view you as a business. Casual dress is great for Friday’s, but when it comes to being in the same space as clients regularly, you need to adopt a more professional dress code.

Lighting Counts

Office lighting matters to your people as well as your clients. Your employees need to be able to work properly and harsh lighting can make your office look hollow and clinical. Soft lighting that everyone can work under is the best way to make your business look wonderful to clients. You want to look welcoming and warm, and your office needs that to impress clients in a big way.

Working hard to make your office inviting and the place that clients want to visit is going to take some time. Focus on your strengths as a business and focus on your brand; your office will reflect them beautifully!
