My Favorite Online Business Tools

I try new business tools all the time and thought it might be a good idea to share the ones I really, really love. A lot of these business tools and resources have helped me become more productive and really kill off a lot mundane and repetitive tasks. These tools range from my favorite design software to what I use to store my passwords. Please keep in mind this list will continue to grow and some things may change. So it may be a good idea to bookmark this post and check back every once in a while.
Adobe Creative Cloud
I use Adobe Creative Cloud to access apps like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design my own blog graphics. You don’t have to be a designer to use Photoshop or Illustrator. Plus you can create some really nice graphics for your blog.
Asana is my preferred project management tool. It’s perfect for jotting down blog post ideas and creating outlines for them on the go. I also enjoy adding tasks with a lot of moving parts to Asana to break down and check them off as I complete them.
I recently made the switch to ConvertKit from Mailchimp, and I am in LOVE! I waited the longest to make the switch mainly because of the price difference (free vs $29 per month). Despite the price difference I would definitely say ConvertKit is the better choice. I can easily add subscribers, create new forms to capture emails on my website, create email funnels, plus a plethora of other interesting and convenient features.
Creative Market is my jam for ready-made graphics, new fonts, textures, patterns, and even stock images. You can also find editable logo designs, WordPress themes, business card templates, and tons of other creative assets that can help take your brand to the next level.
Divi WordPress Theme
I build all of my client’s sites and themes using the Divi Theme by Elegant Themes. It is a multi-purpose theme that can be used for bloggers and even ecommerce stores. You can use Divi to build landing and sales pages. Plus the online community for Divi is large and helpful, so you never have to worry being left hanging when you need support.
GSuite is my preferred professional email service for branded email address. Pricing starts at $5 per month, and you get access to all of the great Google apps such as Google Docs, Google Hangouts, and more.
Siteground is my go-to and recommendation for hosting WordPress websites.
I use 1Password to securely store all of my passwords. I know my passwords are super secure, and all of my passwords are accessible across all of my devices. 1Password even generates strong password you can use when creating a login. No more “ABC123” weak ass passwords, you know?
Always ❤️ Love,
