Can anyone sign-up for this service?

No. This service is limited to clients who have purchased our WordPress products or services.

Can't I just maintain my website on my own?

Yes, but we hardly recommend it. Most larger businesses employ an IT department to maintain their website and handle their tech needs. For many small businesses and solopreneurs, this can be unrealistic. However, when something breaks on your website you may find yourself spending hours on fixing the issue. Signing-up for a website support plan is one of the reasons you never have to worry about that. Plus the added benefit of greater productivity allows you to create more income doing the tasks that create an income for your business.

What's your typical turnaround time?

We can usually diagnose and fix issues within one hour of receiving your ticket dependent upon our current volume of requests. Issues that take longer are typically resolved within 3 business days.

Will you make changes to my website for me?

Our Diamond Plan includes unlimited content changes to your website. If you are on the Gold or Platinum plan then you may hire us at our hourly rate. Our support plan members receive a discounted hourly rate of $75 versus our regular rate of $125.

What happens after I sign-up?

You will receive an order confirmation email with a link to schedule an onboarding call with us. On your onboarding call, we'll discuss all your technical needs, record any needed passwords, and advise you on the next steps.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription directly in your account or contact us via email.

If I cancel my plan will I receive a refund?

No. Due to the number of resources and time invested in your plan we are unable to provide any refunds at this time. However, if you are unhappy with anything please let us know so we can resolve.
